Terms of Use
By using oneirox.com and its web applications — Decode, Sensory Dream Mapper, and Dream Phase Calculator — you agree to these terms. Read them. They exist because honesty is part of the methodology.
1. The service
Oneirox provides free browser-based tools for mechanism-based dream interpretation grounded in sleep neurobiology research. The core product is the Dream Decoder (Decode) — an interactive web application that returns one structured reading per submission.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use Oneirox for personal, non-commercial exploration unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Submit only content you have the right to process — your own dreams and experiences.
- Not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our API or infrastructure.
- Not submit illegal content, malware, or material that violates others’ rights.
- Not present Oneirox readings as medical, psychiatric, or legal advice.
We may block access that violates these terms or threatens service integrity.
3. Intellectual property & your content
Oneirox branding, site design, methodology, instrument architecture, and original written content are owned by Vigen G.R. / Oneirox unless otherwise noted. Research citations and public scientific frameworks remain property of their respective authors.
Your dream text remains yours. By submitting content to Decode, you grant Oneirox a limited, non-exclusive license to process that submission solely for the purpose of generating and displaying your reading. We do not claim ownership of your dreams.
4. Health & YMYL boundaries
Oneirox operates in a health-adjacent space. It is not a licensed clinical service. Decode readings are research-informed interpretations — not diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention. Your use of the service is at your own judgment.

5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oneirox and Vigen G.R. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including decisions you make based on dream readings.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use Oneirox in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for the free tier, is zero).
6. Changes & contact
We may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
